About
I teach marketing from inside a national brand.
I'm Adam Bridges. By day I run brand and media for Sigma Phi Epsilon, a 125-year-old national organization. By night I teach what actually works, breaking down why creative work captures attention. Nothing I share is secondhand theory. It comes from an account I operate at national scale, and every number on this site is audited or pulls live from platform data.
"Most impressive homework. This is better interview prep than I've ever seen."Bob Eckert · Former CEO, Mattel & Kraft · on working with Adam
Why I Do This
Almost every creative person gets the same talk.
It usually comes from someone who means well. Be realistic. Get a stable job. Keep the creative stuff as a hobby on the side. Hear that enough times and most people quietly put the dream down.
I started making things anyway. A sports show out of a college apartment that I wrote, hosted, edited, and marketed myself. It won Best Sports Podcast in Idaho. Then it won again. Then it won a third straight year, against professional newsrooms, judged by the press itself.
That taught me the thing I now build everything on: the gap between a dream job and a day job isn't talent. It's proof. Nobody can call your work a hobby when it performs in public and the numbers are real.
Proof became an obsession. At one point I found stats in my own portfolio I couldn't fully back up. I deleted every one of them, audited 11.2M views video by video, and rebuilt this site so its numbers pull live from the platforms. It cost me some flashy claims. It bought me something better: nobody has to take my word for anything.
Do I have an advantage, running a national brand account every single day? 100%. That's exactly why I publish the breakdowns. If you're trying to turn the thing you love into the thing you do, you shouldn't have to guess what works. I test it at national scale and show you.
How I Operate
Three rules, all checkable
Audited, or it doesn't ship.
I counted 11.2M career views video by video before claiming them. This site's stats pull live from a registry where every row carries its source, and the system refuses to serve a number that isn't verified.
Systems before campaigns.
A rebuilt brand system produced the feed: 18 documented posts, 1.6M+ views, four of them past 100K. Taste scales when it's written down. That's what guidelines are for.
Show the machinery.
I publish the breakdowns of why creative work wins attention instead of guarding them. Audiences trust people who open the hood. So do employers.

Off the Clock
Home base is Denver. The tagline on this site reads Marketing, Podcasting, Christianity, and that's the real order of operations: the work, the craft, and the foundation underneath both. The current side build is Creative Careers, a podcast about people who turned dream jobs into day jobs.
If This Sounds Like Your Fight
